you have to type his name in Marina! go to the bottom of the list and type it in the box... Here's a pic for you so you can see what I'm talking about:
And yes I hope they fix it sooner rather than later, but I have no doubt they will fix it ;)
Let me know if you have any problems and I think the steemmonster battles are only a few weeks away from starting (if this HF 20 mess doesn't slow them down)

I voted, but not sure if it counted because loading circle was rotating for more then 1 hour after I cast vote and confirmed it with my private key.
if that circle was going that probably means you didn't have enough RCs for it... so you can do it later... If you did it right then you will see his name underneath in green with a bolded circle next to it... (look under the line I have highlighted to see)

yes you are not there yet... you must be low on your new RC's.... I had that happen and had to wait a day... you have it close, but its still hasn't fully gone through yet or that little button would be filled in dark green
Is it because Hard Fork 20 ?
yes I think so... you now have a constraint call resource credits... everything you do uses up some of them.. if you are out of them then they will recharge, but you will have to wait for that to happen... They put a fix in to give everyone 10x more, but right now that fix won't happen for another 15 hrs or so... You should be fine to do it tomorrow... if not let me know and I can see if it is anything else!
