Dormir mucho o muy poco?

Los extremos siempre son dañinos, y más cuando se trata de una necesidad tan vital como lo es dormir, y de ello depende que tan bien recarguemos nuestro cuerpo, pues al dormir descansamos, dormir muy poco o dormir en exceso resultan nocivos para la salud.

Según varios estudios han señalado de las nefastas consecuencias de dormir muy poco o en exceso, ejemplos como el de dormir poco aumenta la posibilidad de sufrir de alzhéimer y a los que duermen demasiado se arriesgan a sufrir de infartos cerebrales.

Recientemente investigadores de la Universidad Nacional de Seúl (Corea de Sur) concluyen que las personas que duermen poco o demasiado presentan una posibilidad o un mayor riesgo de síndrome metabólico. Este es un trastorno en el que se suman distintos factores de riesgo que se asocian a las enfermedades relacionadas con la obesidad, caso de las cardiovasculares y las metabólicas (especialmente la diabetes tipo 2).

Algunos responden a la pregunta de ¿dormir poco o mucho? a que tienen que ser entre 6 o 7 horas.
