    You can go to https://steemit.com/market

    This is the internal market, rates are generally more advantageous. You can exchange Steem Dollars for STEEM. After, going to https://steemit.com/@creyestxsa94/transfers click on the arrow near STEEM and click on "Power Up" attention the STEEM Power takes 13 weeks to be reconverted into STEEM to avoid inflations

    Otherwise the BlockTrades site allows to exchange more cryptos but I find the fees less advantageous.
