1.. Plan Your Daily Activities

To defeat procrastination, you should learn to deal with less pleasurable tasks early in the morning rather than leaving them till the end of the day.

This simple approach will allow you to have a great productive day, and eventually you will not feel bad when the night comes, for having stopped doing what is necessary.

3.. Time Management
Allocate strict and concrete time lapses for each task you are going to do, no matter how long.

The most important thing is that you do not spend much more time than established, nor much less on each task.

You should aim to manage all forms of distraction by having a system in place. For example, if you usually check your email compulsively, learn to devote a small amount of time either in the morning, afternoon or evening to manage your mailbox. While planning your day, you should set aside some time for resting. Your mind and body will need breaks to recover energy.

Have it in mind that resting is not synonymous with wasting time. You can decide to read your favorite newspaper for 10 to 15 minutes, take a little stroll or have a coffee outdoor. Whatever you do, make sure you don't abuse the break and try not to distract or disturb other people.
