MAYONESA CASERA
INGREDIENTES
Aceite C/N
2 huevos
3 cdas de vinagre
Sal
PREPARACION
1º Colocar en la licuadora los dos huevos
2º Ir agregando el aceite en forma de hilo hasta que agarre consistencia los huevos
3º Agregar el vinagre y si baja un poco la viscosidad se le coloca un poco mas de aceite pero siempre en forma de hilo
4º Por ultimo agregamos una pizca de sal
La mejor manera de preparar mayonesa en nuestros hogares, a esta misma peparacion se le coloca un poco de ajo y cilantro tendremos una rica guasacaca
