Cursed Ghost Village Of Rajasthan:- Kuldhara

Kuldhara is a abandoned village near jaisalmer rajasthan. Earlier it was full of life prosperous village mostly occupied by Paliwal Brahmins. It was uninhabited in early 19 century for unknown reasons or as a native storyteller says due to lack of water supply because of the order of Jaisalmer state minister which he imposed on the village. A 2017 study provides data that kuldhara and nearby area were abandoned due to earthquakes. Meanwhile for a duration of mamy years, kuldhara gained its popularity as a haunted village, and government consider it as a tourist site in 2010.

How a full of life village turn into a abandoned estate?

About 200 years ago the whole rajasthan was controlled by dominent kings and ministers. The kuldhara was a small village location 20 km to the west desert area of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan.
Village was occupied by Paliwal Jaisalmer. During that time Salim Singh, Diwan of Jaisalmer, famous for his maddness and immoral methods of tax collections, demanded to marry beautiful daughter of chief of Kuldhara. He became so much mad to marry kuldhara chief daughter that he warned every villager if some how marrige did not happens then he will impose huge burden of taxes on every villager.

Villagers got so much scared from the wrath of the diwan, Instead of marrying his daughter to the diwan, the chief and all the villagers migrated from the village that dark night. The crazy thing was that no known saw them from the left and do not know where did they gone. Its been 200 years since no one knowns where have the paliwals brahmins immagrated. Only thing is known that they ill fated the town when they left - that no one would ever be able to inhabit in this village again.

The curse still working since they left the whole region is infertile and inhabitant

The houses are still in the same condition as they were left behind the villager. One can see the entire village by climbing up on the step of houses.
