When cycling, we are always looking for anything that can give us an advantage. As well, I'm not getting any younger so the longer I'm on this fabulous planet, the more options I'm willing to try. Yoga is one of those exercise routines that helps me immensely. Yoga is so much more than just stretching, so if you don't have experience in it, give it a try!

I've found this very useful... as I'm now getting into my fitness, I've often thought about yoga but have somewhat been put off (no idea why)... your outlook and explanation on yoga and how it's useful, not only present but in the long-term... I think I'm now gonna look at it differently and give it a go (what's to lose,eh?!)!!! Big thumbs up 👍
