Spiced corned egg with beer 啤酒卤蛋

Do you love eating eggs ? It is nutritious and tasty and when you are hungry, eat an egg , it will make you feel full . There are many ways to eat eggs, but I still love eating spiced corned egg made by myself . the eggs you bought outside are generally too salty and spicy .

Now I'll introduce another kind of way of eating eggs , that is made eggs with beer . It's very tasty and very simple. Though you are not good at cooking, you can still cooked the delicious eggs. It's no problem for you to cook it.

Methods :

Prepare a few eggs. The eggs are cooked and peeled.

Use the knife to cut a line on the egg, the purpose is to make it more tasty .

Put the beer into a small pot , add soy sauce, fresh soy sauce, sugar, salt, aniseed, boiled seasoning packet, cooking wine , then cooked it with big fire first , then a small fire slowly boiled, after about one hour, the soup in the pot is less and less , you can turn off the fire. If you don't have a hurry to eat, you can also wait for a period of time, that will be more flavour.
