My favorite food is Rice and beans cooked together, it's a very easy food to cook, you first boil the picked bean for some minute and add your washed rice to it and of course salt to taste, then wait till it's done.
Why I so much Love It : As far as I know there isn't any food that can boast of a balanced diet at a go like rice and beans taken with stew, The Rice is Carbohydrates, Beans is Protein and contain other minerals both major and minor, the stew is full of various vitamins with fat and Oil, I always back on track and full of energy after eating this food. And nothing can be compared to this.
