Communication and love ...

How many ruptures, wars and how many problems have been created throughout history worldwide and now, being blind and closed at different times to perceive the different forms and attempts to communicate and link from love.

What we understand or know as love, theoretically, is a universal feeling and is considered a virtue that represents all the affection, kindness, affection, union and compassion of all human beings, including living beings. .

Changing the subject a bit, I am very interested in the different international religions such as the Druze, Buddhist, etc., respecting these religions and other existing but I am Catholic. Following this same theme, from the Buddhist point of view "pure love comes from the liberation in the human being of disturbing emotions such as: desire, attachment, hatred, anger, ignorance, pride and envy". By finding our vibration of love it is possible to come to feel the unconditional love where one forgets oneself; the sensations that are perceived with this feeling or virtue are extremely intense, rewarding and that do not seek to perpetuate or be there forever, the ego is not reinforced or the search for pleasure and that is why it can be silenced on different occasions " I".

The detachment from the material and meditation, make it possible to love consciously thus eliminating the suffering associated with ordinary love and achieve the state of enlightenment in which there is love for all, this means, that according to this thought and opinion, love holds everyone together and our thought and conscience creates the universe itself.

There are 6 types of language or forms of expression for love that include: touching physically, words of affirmation, spending quality time with whom love is shared, gifts, small details and acts of service, that is, six ways according to which we can offer and give to those who offer this virtue as it is love, it should be noted that not all people speak the same "language" or receive the same affection as it depends on their personal history and the existential moment in which they find themselves. .

By knowing the language or the way of expressing a person's primary love, you can make a difference in how we can communicate in a situation of emotional crisis and transmit our affection or consolation. Learning to recognize what is the love language of the other and in what way we ourselves receive and give love, can represent a significant step towards meeting any relationship.

Communicating from love to others can be learned by all, and for this it is essential to start with a very important exercise such as love towards oneself and from there we will be able to develop certain skills to give and receive it.

Some of the actions to achieve a loving communication are: maintaining an honest attitude of wanting to communicate lovingly with everyone without distinguishing, understanding the needs of other people, maintaining ourselves with thoughts and loving ideas, learning to smile is very important and looking in the eyes to the people from our heart (although in my case, it is very difficult for me to see the eyes, it is like a difficulty on my part and I do not know but it has always happened to me, I am intimidated not haha), to treat everyone well, not to judge and accept people as they are.

It is then that from a Buddhist perspective, love really appears when it exists: true unconditional goodness, that is, the ability to give joy and happiness to the person who really loves. Understanding as the primordial of love and refers to dedicating time, to be present, attentive and to observe deeply. The compassion that is understood as the desire and capacity to alleviate the suffering of another person to know the nature of their suffering and help it to change.

Through thinking and the understanding of analyzing things is how we manage to observe the essence of things. Happiness because if we are having a bad time and crying all the time or if the person we love is crying, it means that it is not a true love, it can even be the opposite of him, and finally freedom, for when one truly loves, the other is given complete freedom, not only from the outside, but also from within the heart.
