Cupcakes omelette
Esta es una manera innovadora de comer un rico omelette con un sabor delicioso al horno que generar una explosión de sabores en tu paladar y harán de tus desayunos únicos e inigualables, súper sencillo y fáciles de hacer y poner en práctica, les aseguro que no se van arrepentir.
Ingredientes:
6 rebanadas de pan
6 huevos
150 g. de tocino freído y picado (u otro ingrediente que desees)
150 g. de queso rallado
Cilantro al gusto
Preparación:
Revuelve los 6 huevos en un tazón con un tenedor. Por otro lado, con un bote (o a mano) haz círculos con las rebanadas de tu pan, colócalas en una bandeja para cupcakes (ponquesitos), como si fuesen canastitas, después coloca el queso y el tocino, sobre ellos el huevo revuelto y el cilantro. Calienta en tu horno a 200° C por unos 5-10 minutos y disfruta ¡Así de simple!
