Remove the nose in the domestic way
Turning off the nose is a painful problem that interferes with daily activities. Due to nausea, adequate oxygen can penetrate our body so that we feel weak. There may be problems in nausea for various reasons such as change in temperature, cold, infection, allergies etc..

1. Take a hot break
Take a hot water and mix it with some camphor. Cover the mouthpiece with a large and thick towel over your face, with the head and water so that the hot water vapor is directly in your nose. 2. Eat more liquid food
Drinking liquid, water, juice, soup, etc. repeatedly plays mucous membranes in the nose, decreases pressure on sinuses, and reduces stress and reduces inflammation and pain. If you have throat pain with nose closure, then drinking hot tea and hot soup will reduce pain.
3. Take the smell of black pepper

Tips-
- During sleep, keep the head as tall as possible, sleeping in a pillow.
- Clean the nose as often as needed and keep the tissue close to it.

- You can use saline spray.
