CRIMINAL
Criminal action is everything that violates the law or a crime. The criminal is called a criminal. Usually a criminal is a thief, a murderer, a robber, or a criminal. Even so as a final terrorist, somewhat different from a criminal for committing a crime based on political motives or understanding.
In defining evil, there are some views about what deeds can be said to be evil. The definition of evil in the definition of a crime is not the same as the notion of crime in criminology which is considered sociologically.
Here are 4 types of crime (crime) namely:
- Crimes without a victim
- Organized crime
- White collar crime.
- Corporate crime.
Non-victimless crime is an act or behavior that is prohibited by law, but which does not directly harm or violate the rights of any particular person, although some may claim it harms the community as a whole. This concept usually applies to adults.
Organized crime is a meaningful term in which the crime is led by a person / group having a different plan first from a spontaneous crime. And have certain objectives where organized crime has its own specialization in performing its duties.
White-collar crime is an act of fraud committed by a person working in the government sector or the private sector, having positions and powers that may affect a policy and a decision. White collar crime is lying, cheating, and stealing. White collar crime is usually done by people who have important positions in his position. This crime is very dangerous because it concerns the survival of many people, such as corruption.
Corporate crime is a crime committed by employees or workers against corporations, corporations that are deliberately set up and controlled to commit crimes. At first corporations or legal entities (rechtpersoon) are subject only known in civil law. What is called a legal entity is actually a legal creation, that is by referring to the existence of a body which is given the status as a subject of law, in addition to the subject of law in the form of natural man
