U.S. job growth slows in August
The economy added 156,000 jobs last month, falling short of economists’ projections after an early summer of steady growth, but still chipping away at unemployment. The unemployment rate remained essentially unchanged at 4.4 percent.
Average hourly wages rose 3 cents last month to $26.39, up 2.5 percent from a year ago — a raise economists call tepid and government officials say “has room for improvement.”

I think this is a good result and definitely has room for improvement for a better and stable economy for the US. Don't you agree?
