  Three employees participated in recruitment. A person from the US, a person from China, a person from VietNam.
• The candidate has passed all the tests the company's expertise . Hiring managers interviewed candidates China.
• He requested his salary is how much ?
  Chinese candidates think: Outstanding college graduates, but poor family , are in need of word to do. He proposed salary low, he thinks the other candidates will not work with low wages.
  He answered:" I will receive salary 500$ per month."
• Next, American candidate.
  He think: I was studying in the US, many high-class diploma , a few years of experience. Higher wage chinese person
  Then he said: " I suggest the salary 1000$ per month."
• Final, Vietnam candidate
  When asked about salary, he thought for a few seconds, he answered:
  " I would like to receive per monthly salary of 1500$ "
  -> Employers surprise and talk: Educational background and lower your experience of other candidates. Why do you suggest that wage.
  VietNam candidates say: If receiving a salary of 1500$ per month,
  I would give employers $ 500, I would hire chinese candidates working person with a salary 500$. I will get the remaining 500$.
