How to be economically sucessful

This is no miraculous way. But it works. Guaranteed.

1. Start a small niche business in a sector where there is demand.
2. Work 12 hours a day, six days a week.
3. Save regularly 10 % of your income.
4. Reinvest the rest (minus what you need for basic living) in your business.
5. Honor your promises always - even if you loose money: deliver at the agreed price, at the agreed time and under the agreed conditions. A satisfied customer is worth more than al the publicity you get out.
6. Offer your service/ product 10 percent cheaper than anybody else.
7. Avoid bank loans and pay your credit card balance at the end of the month. Completely.
8. Don't trust anybody who offers you income without effort. Particularly if that person makes money from you with their offer.
9. Don't get divorced.
