When I travel on business I need a solid internet connection, security, good breakfast, reliability etc
Not sure how air bnb will compete as most companies using Concur are willing to pay for 4/5 star hotels.
Might be good for longer term though.
Excellent comment @parprikachips. Indeed the reliability of services is an issue. This is why professionalizing the vacation rental market is essential. Something we spent a lot of focus on. Additionally, your point on long term bookings is a strong one. Hotels are not very cost effective for long term reservations, however, vacation rentals are and this is why they are a good option for business travelers. Steem on!
I think for business travelers you need a separate class of bookings. Something more expensive but with more perks, fast Internet, perhaps a car, fully stocked kitchens, etc.
