How do you set these huge goals?

1. Imagine your perfect life 5 years from now! What’s does it look like? Feel like? Where are you? Who are you with?

2. Now start working backwards. We like to make yearly goals, quarterly goals, monthly goals, weekly goals, and daily goals! This breaks everything down into bite size chunks!

3. Start taking action towards what you want daily! Anything that isn’t moving you forward is keeping you stuck where you are so ditch habits & behaviours that no longer serve you.

Your the creator of your destiny! Know that! Own that, and 2018 will BE your best year yet!
