Great write up. It's stories like these that inspire me and also keep from starting my own business. My plan is to buy an existing business that has already gone through some of the growing pains.
Buying an already successful business definitely has its advantages, but one good thing about starting it from the ground up is that you are involved in every aspect of the operation. This way when you go to delegate a task to an employee you are already a master at that task from countless repetition.
Nonetheless, I wish you luck in all of your endeavors. Put your mind to it, work hard, and you'll absolutely crush it!
