I have to tell you, I absolutely loved reading this post. I work at Starbucks and in the training process, they actually teach us all about coffee and how the region completely dictates the taste and quality of the beans. Are you selling any of your coffee online anywhere? I'd love to try it and bring it into work one day for all my barista friends to try. You've got a follow and resteem from me for sure :)
