"Commitment" plays an important role in reaching your success. If you are committed and dedicated to what you are doing, then you will be successful in reaching your goals. Set an S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic, timeline) goal for you to become successful.

- Set some smaller goals.
- Put your goals into writing.
- Being S.M.A.R.T. with your goals increases your commitment.
- Putting your goals in pictures increases your commitment. (vision boards)
- Looking at it (vision boards) every day increases your commitment.
SMART stands for:
S = SPECIFIC (clarity on what you want to accomplish)
M = MEASURABLE (measure your goals)
A = ACTION-ORIENTED (use action verbs in setting your goals)
R = REALISTIC (be realistic on the part that you set a goal that you know that you can just do with the timeline you've set for a specific goal. Base it on your ability and capacity.)
T = TIMELINE (set a deadline for your goal)
