I've applied some of these sites and created individual accounts.I landed my first job as a freelancer in Upwork.com.It happened last year,2017.I can still remembered that I created this account in 2012.Oh it's a really tough thing to do as newbie Freelancer.I created an account also in LinkedIn.com but sadly,I never had a client ever since.(laughs)
In this recent survey,LinkedIN is powering up their employee engagement to enhance their capabilities in developing their online platform system.
What is LinkedIn?
LinkedIn is a very famous platform in which clients and employers hire the best freelancers for their company business.You can apply and hire freelance workers in this site.It is an online networking platform!

On the other hand,Glint Company ,another famous platform which specializes in improving the system management created a system in which employees will have an employee engagement using a software to detect how reliable are the workers with in terms of their satisfaction ratings towards work.In this connection,Glint uses real time survey to do this project.

With the aid of Glint Software,employers and hiring managers would rely on LinkedIn if the workers they are hiring are the best suitable workers in their business.In this way,there will be a high quality standard of workers and there's no need for the employers to worry about the job efficacy.

Both companies said that they are happy about the partnership.They cannot still disclosed but ,they are truly amazed of the partnership of both parties.They are expecting more clients and users will appreciate these because they will be building successful teams instead of hiring and training new employees.

Meanwhile,Glint CEO was very confident that partnering a very famous online platform in LinkedIn will have a very big impact in the online business.One of the reasons that they would want to connect with them is that,they have the same alignment of the company's system and most of all,engagement in the workplace!The main reason is that,they want the company and the workers to be happy and satisfied in the work.
This acquisition will be close in the year 2019.LinkedIn is planning to pursue and integrate the program within 18 months time.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea but it still need to be tried and tested. I still believe in the power of technology and the online business is still very young!So,there's a big chance that this tandem and partnership of the both platforms will eventually be successful! I would also rely on this third party platform for me to have more clients in my business.In this way,I have a big reputation in managing my business and the legitimacy is also important!
The importance of determining employee satisfaction within a company is very important because it will test the company's quality standards and the quality of the employees they have in the company.There should be a high quality employee satisfaction so that the business will grow and continue to earn more and many investors will come in!
