Is Apple Inc about to try and purchase Netflix?

Currently, there is speculation​ that Apple is trying to buy the world's largest and most popular streaming service Netflix.

The deal would be worth upwards of billions of dollars if the tech giant​ was to make the purchase of Netflix with experts believe the deal could surpass $50 billion, this comes after Apple has made several accusations including their biggest purchase to date of Beats for a total of $3 Billion in late 2014. Apple has​ already pumped millions of dollars into creating their own shows and improving their music experiences with updates coming to things such as iTunes and Apple Music.

However many business experts feel that there is a large chance that the deal will not go through as they believe it would not be a smart business decision for Apple Inc to pay such a high premium for Netflix at this current time. However, some others disagree with​ Netflix's growth has been huge over the past 2 years with the streaming platform breaking subscription records every month which are netting the company upwards of billions of dollars each year.

With the popularity of Netflix only continuing to grow many feel it would be dumb for Apple to not grab a large percentage if not all of the company while as they can as the streaming service is only expected to make more profit as time goes on.

Others also feel Apple will be able to push Netflix to the next level (whatever that is for the worlds biggest streaming service). Many also feel that with Apple's investment and injection of cash the stocks and worth of Netflix will continue to grow within the next few years.
