The only one that doesn't really make sense as an actual solution to a social or practical problem is renting mourners.
If you're dead, it doesn't matter who mourns for you, and the living shouldn't need the help.
The chicken rental makes perfect sense if you want the eggs and are limited otherwise in resources- if it's cheap enough. Otherwise, you can buy fertilized eggs for pretty cheap.
The pooperscoopers would have a pretty wide application of their capabilities- I can well imagine actual emergency situations where they'd be vital.
Cuddling is a mental health treatment, and maintaining anonymity when sending scents I can see in somewhat the same light (but, boy, could it backfire with a paranoid recipient...)
