Section-1 Are you innovative? Innovative entrepreneurs regularly add new products and explore new markets according to their customers' needs.

Yes, I also have to keep an eye on the market like other businessmen, and keep doing new innovative experiments according to their demand, I keep adding new products to the business.

To run any successful business, we have to understand all the aspects of that business carefully. I think that for this we should understand the lifestyle of the founders of previous business establishments.

About 50 percent of these businessmen who are counted among the best businessmen in the world have done the feat of rising from the ground to reach this position. Before starting any business, we need to understand the account of its supply and consumption. According to my thinking, we should step into such business which is the daily need of the common man and is never going to end. That is why my strategy is that I sell only those items in my business which are of daily need.

Since most of these are supplied to hospitals, only their quality has to be taken special care of. My strategy is that I do business of high quality and lowest rates materials by searching online and making contact through many B2B. In my business I have to understand the mindset of two different types of people, one who works in the government system and the other who are common citizens, in one of my businesses I have to take care of only quality but in the other I have to understand fashion.

Section-2 Are you adopting or copying other business ideas? Businesses in this category try to add their strategies to the current market trends and implement them successfully.

Yes, whenever we do business, it is certain that we have to follow the experiments of successful businessmen as our ideal. But then I make policies as per my discretion.

There is no need to make any special planning in my business, we just have to keep an eye on the daily needs of the hospitals, apart from this we also have to keep in mind the situations arising due to the implementation of new schemes by the government, in these new schemes we always get an idea of the government's requirements of new things.

And we get time to prepare ourselves. Because timeliness is always a special condition in these government supplies, for this we also have to keep our supplier bound by a commitment. In our business only quality and timely supply is given special importance. And we spend all our energy in fulfilling these needs of our business.

And we are always ready to deal with any such situation so that our credibility is not questioned. Consumer goods, readymade clothes, surgical items, and furniture. These are such goods whose demand never decreases in any situation. The only difference is that in the changing era of fashion, the designs of clothes keep changing. So I have to take care that I have to make my stock according to my sales. After understanding this strategy, none of our goods will become useless. Nothing like this happens in surgical, all things remain the same for many years.

Part-3 Do you have in-depth knowledge about your target customers and do you offer them something valuable? More importantly, do you provide your services at the right time, at the right place and in the right way to grow your business?

It is impossible to establish any product in the market without knowing the trends of your customers. So I have to select the right products.

To run any successful business, enough knowledge is required, I want to tell the organizers that now in the new business system only skilled and consultative businessmen can run the business without full knowledge. But in manufacturing, wholesale and retail business we need a lot of understanding the needs of customers, with limited money we can do business but without this knowledge we cannot.

If a businessman is not aware of the latest trends then he will have to suffer losses.

Section 4 Do you analyze your potential customers and act accordingly? A successful businessman should keep a close eye on the demand and act accordingly with changing strategies

Quality and time management is important in my business. My other customers are all young, children and old people, whose tastes also keep changing.

There is no doubt that lack of adequate knowledge can help in strengthening our strategies. In this we have to be a little strict, work harder, make plans in which we keep in mind the current needs of the customers. Yes, anyone can take his business forward only with determination and creative approach. But if he does not understand the needs of the market, then he still has to be ready to face many obstacles.

Nowadays in the era of competition, it is the era of aggressive marketing, businessmen are putting their all in it. They are not worrying about the marketing expenses. Because once a businessman sets his feet, he keeps moving forward. To make any big business smooth and successful, we have to take the help of professionals to pick up new knowledge according to the situation and requirement of our business. In this regard, it can be my personal experience that in running any business we have to face new problems and troubles every day.

And sometimes the solution to many problems is not only money. Yes, some people control such situations with their business acumen and wise decisions. And many smart, experienced and knowledgeable businessmen run their business on the basis of their business acumen even without any capital.

This is a topic on which we can write a very big article by giving details of it, but I also want to tell you that before coming into business, I have also worked as a government officer. And both these roles are different, it has been only 4 years since I started doing business, and that is why I am still learning many nuances of a successful business.

But I also know that both the organizers of this contest are busy people in their respective fields. Writing too much detail can be boring.
