Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places?

Yes I have tried different chinese food many times in which some of my favourite are spring rolls, chicken chilli, chicken menturian, chicken shashlik and egg fried rice.All these Chinese foods are available at my local place and chinese food contain black pepper as common spice in many of dishes as well as different sausages so when ever I feel to have black pepper and sausages flavour then according to my mood I go for any of the dishes I mentioned above.

Ingredients for making chicken dried chilli with egg fried rice

Take chicken pieces and add cornflour and all purpose flour in it
Add whisked egg in chicken

Add black pepper and salt in it
Use hands or any tool for mixing and marinating

Add oil in a frying pan and let it heat properly
Check that oil is properly heated or not by adding marinated chicken which was already at rest for 30 minutes

Add all chicken pieces and let it fry at medium flame until they get golden
Take a pan and add three tablespoons of oil and then fry garlic ginger paste for 1 minute

Add green chilli in fried ginger garlic paste and then add black pepper and salt
Add golden fried chicken in green chilli

Add 1 spoon of chilli sauce
Add half spoon of soya sauce
Add half spoon of oyster sauce

Let it cook for 2 minutes at a very low flame

Add water in pot and let it boil so add some salt and rice when water gets boiled
Add 3 spoon oil in a pan

Add chopped capsicums in oil and fry it for one minute
Add whisked egg in fried capsicums

Let egg cook with capsicums at high flame for 1 minute and stir continuously
Egg is completely cooked and it is broken in small pieces

Rice has been boiled so add it into fried capsicums and eggs
Stir rice properly so that they may not get mix

What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species?

My family favourite recipe from Chinese cuisine is Chinese fried rice because it contains almost all herbs that are used for making Pakistani pulao but it contains less spice as compared to Pakistani pulao or pulao which we made in home as well I also add tomatoes in Chinese fried rice when I made it for my family members but in actual Chinese cuisine they people don't add tomatoes,they only add onions🧅 as well as sometimes I also add green chillies in this recipe which is not actually added in this Chinese recipe.

Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?

Not at all....
I don't faced any difficulty while preparing this recipe because green chilli flavour is my most favourite and I love cooking as well as I have also tried this recipe two times before my participation in this challenge.Interesting thing is that my mother prepare chicken chilli curry which also feels much yummy but different thing in both is that this is dried chicken chilli recipe and what my mother prepares is chicken chilli curry which is not dried.So overall it was an interesting experience for me....
