Thai chicken burger (very easy)
For about 5 burgers
Chicken mince 1 kg
3 eggs
Panko or breadcrumbs 100 grams
Spring onions 1 bunch thinly sliced
Coriander 1 bunch diced
Red curry paste 1 tablespoon
Mix together all ingredients and shape your burgers I make them 200 gr each.
Cool in the fridge 1 hour before cooking.
I serve it with lime mayo and a mango chili salsa
