VISUALISATION.

A lot of things have happened to you that you end up selecting what suits you. You say to yourself, "This job I am about to apply is too good for me. This man is too perfect for me. I'm not worth the love I'm receiving..."

You are special. You are perfect. 💖

The mind has a system (Reticular Articulating System, RAS) which filters information and selects what we want to hear, see, or remember. When you say, "I'm a mess", the RAS brings evidence to support the motion of being messed up and you start remembering thing you've done, making you feel sadder and depressed.

Why not try this?

🚀 Close your eyes

🚀 Have a specific picture in your head when your self-worth has improved.

🚀 Think of the positive emotions you'll be feeling as you reach your goal, eg. happy, satisfied, etc.

The more you visualize things, the greater the confidence level. The greater security you'll have. It also helps build and improve skills.

The brain doesn't know the bad or good things that happen to you. It only knows what you visualize.

Try the visualization method. Every 30 seconds when you wake up in the morning. You'll not regret forming this as a habit.
