WHAT - What are they doing?
They go through the #introduceyourself posts and spotlight the best newcomers. Then give them support and move them into @steemterminal to help them keep going.

WHERE - They are on STEEM at the places mentioned above. I have broken wifi now and cannot go to discord, but I know they are there too.

WHY - Why are you nominating this project? See also: 'So what?'
We have a very difficult platform and few people helping newcomers at all. The theory of "sink or swim" on STEEM means we lose most people within one month of getting here. @heyhaveyamet helps people find their way and lets others see them at the same time.

HOW - By what methods is all this being done?
They have a post introducing the newcomers and then give support after that.
