And its not like ANYONE is used to ANy better prices, thisis not a product, there is no competition, there is no other competeing reward poool with any "better" rates plus if they did give out more rwards per steempower, the inflation rate would irse too highand steem value would drop! You cannot just let anyone gve out large rewards ...you have to have large amiouynts of steempower in order to give big rewards and it HAS to bethat way because it is the foundation of steemit along with curation!

There is a difference between 8.2% and 8% in financial rewards for votes.

Yes, that is how it works. The bidding window had more than $16.60 in the queue. So your 5 SBD wasn't 33% of all the bids.
