Permalink Fumes from Dtube

Almost a week now I have been trying to upload my freestyle vid on dtube, but it has not been successful. Not yet! Not even close!!

Why? What's the real problem?
Aww!!! Here it is.

Permalink error message have keep my screen busy each time I hit the submit key in the upload page.
All it suggest is that I have imputed invalid characters which I tried to replaced by special "character set" that permits access to URL not using the US-ASCII...
It's so creepy that with all the ideas on how to approach permalink errors, I still get back the django chill.
Not only that, it doesn't explain the situation and since I'm no programmer or developer, my approach to the issue is trial and error because I have no prior experience with debugging.
Now I feel like Mark Zuckerberg keying in every possible suggestions just because I am desperate to get access.

I have taken interest in some of the created apk version, but they are not functional.
I only hope Dtube beta version should be upgraded soon into a more accessible app.

I'm not sure what to do but I am open to useful suggestions.
