This ip was from Russia.

I wrote Bittrex but they said that this is not a theft but a trading situation and they can not help
I wrote to the police that they say it's a VPN server. VPN server is used by 1000 people at a time.

I was very upset and thought there was no way out already. I wrote to the SEC (US Securities Commission) The Securities Commission is struggling with the manipulation of the markets but they are silent.

Why does not Bittrex work fine? Why there is no volume on the stock exchange so that no one can do PUMP adn DUMP.
