Pretty much the DAO hack has split the community on the decision to Hard Fork. Some wanted the HF, some didn't. Well the HF happened and when it did 15% of the network decided to stay on the old chain thus creating two versions of Etheruem. I call them ETH Bailout(ETH) and ETH Classic(ETC) lol and now the community is at each other's throats over it.
