Rwanda Government is reportedly introducing a blockchain initiative called "New and Innovative Mineral Traceability Solution" to track conflict minerals. The country is reportedly one of the largest exporters of Tantalum in the world, but the chain chain is plagued with issues of child and bonded labor. It is reported that the system is being developed with the help of a London-based startup called Circulor which will focus on building a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain system for Rwanda.
