What i understand from reading comments
1st buy LTC / ETH with fiat send it to Bittrex or Binance then sell it and get BTC later with those buy altcoins.. Guys am i right??. Sell BTC for cashing out and send them to wallet.
To know the purchasing power of a altcoin depends on how positive it is right with Satoshi.
Eg Dash is 1000 usd and down on btc with Satoshi.. So when to exchange when it turns green in usd or Satoshi.
So exchange alt coins when they turn green against btc with positive Satoshi
And shapeshift or changelly very costly
