Transfer CAD to Euro through BTC

I'm going on a trip to Italy in a few months and a thought crossed my mind. Instead of converting CAD to Euro for the trip through conventional methods, I'm wondering what kind of price difference there would be to buy BTC with CAD and then sell it for Euro.
