Ontology - Reward for Developers and community programme
Ontology have been one of the top favorite token since inception in 2017 having completed major milestone in the road map from MainNet launch in June 2018 to the sharding design release in December 2018, they are steadily on their way to becoming the top global trust collaboration platform.
And now there is a new launch of global developer reward;
ONG invite all community members to earn ONG by completing tasks related to understanding Ontology and growing our developer community! The rewards program will run for 2 months from 14:00 April 15th to 14:00 June 15th (UTC). There is up to 20,000 ONG available throughout the program!
The fun part is everyone can get involved in this promotion as there are task that are ranging from simple to complex. If you want to earn much more you could try taking on real techy and development inclined part of the quiz!

For someone who isn't really into the topic, can you explain what's the difference between ONG and ONT (Is it similar to NEO and GAS?) and why they are giving Ontology Gas away and not their main coin?
Same question I asked on their official telegram. ONT Is a coin that can be staked, while ONG is used like NEO gas, it is used for payment for on chain services.

The Idea of having a bounty for developers is great. Its actually the first time am seeing something of this nature, rewarding developers based on their technical knowledge. I do hope other projects imitate the nature of this bounty.
I have seen one for developers in past though that was in a different form. It kind of had something to do with bugs.
Reward programs has been practiced by team members and this is not really a new thing but a good way of promoting the brand

ONT and ONG are both listed tokens. Recently got listed on BitMax and a lot more exchanges. I think ONG was chosen because developers would like it more.
