dCombat Treasury and Fundraising

INTRODUCTION

dCombat is a Decentralized Organization that makes use of Blockchain technology in moving the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Entertainment industry many steps higher.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), also known as pen fight or ultimate fight, is a sport that is built upon the principle of aggressive fracas. Its rules and game principles were garnered from the multiple fight games existent all around the globe that involves the use of the fist and other body parts to clash with an oponent. Some of these sports include: Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and Martial arts. What is common about each of these games is their style of play (i.e they all involve the use of various fighting techniques to combat an oponent). Mixed Martial art is an interesting sport as it involves the best part of all of those fist combat games put together in one.
Change they say is the only constant thing in life. Everything changes with time and as such, we have to change along with the tides to avoid being outdated. dCombat has created a new system by which MMA can be featured on the blockchain system and eventually the web3. This platform has and will keep coming up with new and innovative ideas to give you maximum playing and viewing pleasure as well as a steady reward for your inputs.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Entertainment has designed a system by which everyone who participates earns massively from their activity and contribution. The platform is designed to be to be an Entertainment hub and as such, whether you are playing or viewing, it would be a means for creative expressions and you would be rewarded immensely for every bit of effort you put in.

dCombat Treasury

The dCombat treasury has the singular responsibility of ensuring that the assets are properly managed, that the value is upheld and the funds are properly disbursed to Token Holders.

Their activities include:
Investments and reinvestment in multiple assets including Non-Fungible Tokens(NFTs), Cryptocurrencies, virtual assets in metastases, Simple agreement for future Tokens (SAFTs) to keep a consistent revenue and contribute to the advancement of the metaverse economy concurrently.
Running Arbitrage farms to maximise revenue and financial yields.
Managing all Tokens whether they're distributed, undistributed, locked and unvested.
Performing all forms of financial operations including accounting, tax, financial audits and seasonal reports.
Investing in other Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) structures that are relayed to Martial arts or fintech.
The dCombat treasury is in the custody of the two co-founders and it has a multisignature wallet and as such decisions have to be unanimous as regards the disbursement of funds.

Fundraising

A percentage of the token would be sold initially and the proceeds from that transaction would be held in escrow by Eevrsheds. Eversheds is an organisation in UK, London that happens to own the most popular law practises around the globe.
dCombat has designed various structures to source for funds ranging from the Series A seed round which amounted to about USD 100,000 and the fundraiser positioned alongsides the ICO Crowdsale. The Series A seed round produced about USD 10,000 which was used at the foundational level of the Project. Some of the funds raised would be used to man the technical and marketing arm while the rest would be deployed to ensure the sustainability and advancement of the structure put in place.

CONCLUSION

Just in case the companies goal of meeting the soft cap is not achieved, they have pledged to return all the tokens that would have been purchased by then. During the ICO Crowdsale, the token is projected to hit the 0.00012 mark on Binanace Coin (BNB).
