I agree totally with Bro. Eli that the duty of a law enforcement agent is to apprehend or arrest a criminal. The only time killing may be allowed is when under self-defence when your life is at risk of being lost. I pray our police officers will improve on their shooting skills and abide by this principle of avoiding to kill but, to arrest as the law allows.
