When Painting Brick with regular paint starts to chip!
What is the difference between regular brick paint (that is mostly 100% acrylic and out stains that we use? Paint prevents breathing, when applied to brick, stone, or mortar joints. It is really important to apply the right kind of stain and save money down the road. (Picture attached shows work was done by normal paint and it is already chipping! They are small cracks, but the paint is slowly chipping! An investment that down the road will need to be re-done, which means more $$$ and bricks/mortar joints are not getting adequate breathability!
