Ways to Improve our Brain Health💪

Hello, Steemian’s how are you all?
Hope everyone is Fine!

So friends undoubtedly, our brain is the most important organ, as it controls all our actions, reactions and what not!So we must take care of it.

Now coming back to the topic—
Now In India,it's Exam season. The 10th Board & 12th Board exams are going on! These exams starts either from mid February or from starting of March. (Exams are students nightmare, lol😂)

I am a class 11 student. I appeared in the 10th Boards last year and will be appearing in 12th exams next year.

So, our college’s Biology Teacher gives us several advices to our Improve Brain power😀!
So today I'm gonna share the advices with you all.

1)We should be active- Physical activities; its not only good for our body but it's even good for our Brain. Many scientific studies have shown that physical workouts are helpful for memory protection.We should give at least 3-4 hours in a week to physical workouts.

2)We should workout our Brain- It sounds strange though this method is very helpful for sharp memory! By solving puzzles, riddles, playing games like Sudoku ,chess improves our Brain power. And moreover it delays brain decline.

3)Checkout what you're eating- Fruits and veggies are the best food to eat as they improve our Brain health, due to the presence of antioxidants. They also provide us maximum nutrients needed for survival. Junk foods have a harmful effect on our memory, because they contain saturated fats. That's why it's better to say no to-Junk Food. So we must take fruits, nuts, veggies, and also fishes as well.

4)Meditation-Meditation is now very necessary in this competitive world.Meditation reduces our stress(less stress means more happiness) and helps us to feel relaxe, also it improves our attention and memory. It even helps to get rid of unwanted thoughts and distractions. It also improves quality of our sleep. Moreover it controls our Blood pressure and blood cholesterol!

5)Adequate Sleeping time- Lack of sleep can affect our memory. We students often before exams sleep less; but this can affect our studies. Because a perfect sleep improves one's capability to learn. According to experts we teens must have a sleep of 9 hours and adults should sleep 8 hours. And also sleeping more will not help us because, we feel lazy to work day becomes lazy as this is also proved by studies.
