Enoch and Elijah both were taken up by God before they died.

I'm not sure who you're referring to in the second half. Adam and Eve were never technically born, per se. Also the two prophets who come to Jerusalem in the Apocalypse of the Apostle John (The Book of Revelations) are said to just sort of appear, but many theologians believe them to be none other than Enoch and Elijah, in which case we have to say that those two simply haven't died YET.
