"Brain-care" this is an innovative term that I have come up with, I have observed that there is a certain set pattern in which our brain functions,as soon as a problem arrives our brain automatically recalls the memory related to it and works on auto-pilot mode,this is the reason some people fight with a situation whereas some chooses flight mode,the wiring of our brain was done when we were kids,unaware of what is happening with our minds,therefore the mind of a child is said to be very sensitive and it takes conceives everything around itself to be true , and so whatever information is instilled into a mind it starts functioning in that particular manner,due to some set patterns of thinking our mind has become closed and has restrained itself to certain limits,and for the brain the limits are for real,it never tries to analyse those limits and go beyond them,to explain this I can give you a common example - mostly it is assumed that only when we get admission into a top college can we find elite jobs and comfortable life-styles,well on the contrary there are various people who never went to a college and have used their knowledge and power of imagination to create technologies that have made history,so no matter whatever we may plan for ourselves everything is debatable, nothing in life guarantee success ,anything can happen at any time, all that works is a never giving up attitude,well that goes in a different direction ,lets come back to the topic we were talking about,the brain,the brain is a complex organ of our body and it controls almost every activity that we do in a day,unknowingly or knowingly some people are giving their brain a right direction,and therefore their life is in right direction,so if we all want to lead a life that is completely happy and peaceful we should try and understand our brain,and it is very simple to do that,by simply being aware of it,being aware of what thoughts are coming in our mind and what triggers are they making in our body,what kind of thoughts are taking away our peace of mind and are we giving too much of our energy in useless fears , the day we will understand our brain ,our thoughts,our fears , we will understand ourselves and we will live a happy life,because most of the time what happens is that our brain works on auto-pilot and we are unable to understand what the real problem is and what are the solutions,we get trapped into our own self-created world of problems,an practical way of doing this is by writing everything that we notice inside our brain on a piece of paper,and then everything will be in-front of us, we will clearly see what the problems are and how many problems can be solved by our efforts and how many problems are not in our control.
Sometimes there are various problems that are not in our control,the control is completely in the hands of the other person and we are trying to solve such problems,here we are just wasting our energies ,the best thing to do at such point is invest our energy in improving our own-selves and leave the rest,and in this manner slowly and steadily we will overcome every problem that comes in our way.
Also our brain needs some mental exercise daily that is reading something good,solving puzzles and doing some productive work that makes you feel alive and cheerful, mental health needs efforts to function properly and plays a vital role in our personal as well as professional growth.
