The human mind is a powerful, perceptive and intelligent thing, but how can you expand it and gain more knowledge? Here are a few tips on how to do just that.
-Do something different
Don't get stuck doing the same thing over and again, learn something new, try something different, this will create new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence.
-Be curious
Question everything, don't just take things people say and believe right away, research it, and find out your self.
-Exercise regularly
It has been proven that exercising regularly can help increase brain power, every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells.
-Have intelligent friends
If you are surrounded by unintelligent people you will be influenced in a negative way, and start bad character traits, but if you have intelligent friends you will learn good habits and start good traits.
