Was the post NSFW? NSFW posts are not supported and bids sent to @upfundme to support crowdfunding on steemit, busy and fundition.io.
If the post was not tagged NSFW any other error should have triggered a refund. Please describe the problem further.
I think I found the error, you sent 0.250 SBD to upvote https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@edensgarden/a-new-voting-bot-edensgarden, a post that is 3 months old. I don't think the refund algorithm accounts for this. I have refunded you 0.250 SBD from @taskmanager.
