Boss or a Leader?

Others may say she is a leader but nope. She's a boss. I do not really like the idea of her being our superior. I did not imagine that it will come to a point where all my patience would break like a rope. I always make into consideration that she is higher in position than me but like any container there will come a time that it will be full. And that's it. All hell broke.
This is a rent for all superiors in any job who abuses their power and authority. You may be above me but remember. There is no way you will never fall down. Great leaders show what should be done to achieve goals. But all you did is to give instructions but never teaching us how it is done. And moreover, you are not being fair in giving considerations. You have your favorite pets. When you are talking with us, you talk like you are scolding primary pupils. Let me remind you we are professionals who you are talking with. We demand respect cause we reached this position through hardships. If you want to be respected, then respect also your coworkers whose below your position. You are not suited to be a leader. You are a boss. A boss who loves being bossy. You criticize instead of inspiring. You put blames on others rather than accepting responsibilities.
