If you’re unable to eat and drink like you used to, a feeding tube can help you get the nutrition you need and lower your chances of choking.
Today's story talks about a girl who have been living on feeding tube all her life and still defying all odds to to make it in life.
Emily Jones is 22, and is currently living with a feeding tube. Growing up, she suffered from chronic joint pain, and at age 15 was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) type 3, a connective tissue disease affecting her joints, muscles, skin and organs. Doctors gave Emily a feeding tube because she couldn't keep liquuds or food down. It has been a huge challenge, but it hasn't stopped Emilly from pursuing her passion for beauty blogging and make up tutorials.
