No. Steem power are steem which is yours. Voting power is different. You can vote 10 times a day to keep your voting power at 100%, but its nothing wrong if it goes lower. I'm using this: https://www.steemnow.com/ type your username and you're ready to go.
I'm using it now, its useful for keeping track of your usage as well as others its pretty neat.
