I just thought I would bring this to your attention so you're not caught off guard by it if you didn't already hear about it. Jerry Banfield was flagged today and he's a Witness, so it seems it will be enforced irrespective of one's standing as a user. Everyone has varying opinions on Grumpy Cat's initiative but ultimately it's now in play, so it is what it is.
