The actual running dates are form 7/1/2018 to 7/1/2019 (next year), allowing people to participate up until that point, so that they can have a chance to hodl at any time in that period!
Note that the ethereum network is running slowly right now, so it may take a bit before it shows up, but you will be able to track it at that URL as soon as the transaction is ready to be confirmed.
